Vascular Scans

Vascular ultrasound is a growing field, which includes assessing the various veins and arteries in the body. Arterial scans include the carotid arteries, renal arteries, leg and arm arteries; usually looking for blockages or narrowing vessels. We also offer particular venous scans of the arms and legs, which includes compressing the veins in order to find clots, or DVT’s. Some scans of the arteries require fasting – we will instruct you when this is needed.
